Why would cats be better than dogs?

Cats do not bark really loud, but they do meow. Cats are usually trained to go bathroom in a litter inside your house. However, you have to bring your dog outside whenever and wherever when they have to go bathroom. Cats will not go bathroom somewhere else if they can't get to or find their litter box. If a dog isn't allowed to go outside and you or the person taking care of it isn't there, you're dog will just go wherever they are at that moment.

What you would need the most for cats

Obviously, you will need food and water in a bowl. However, you should keep it in the same place for your cat to eat so she/he can get used to where to get food.
Cats need a lot of time for playing. A LOT for kittens! You should play with them at least once a day for at least 30 minutes.
